Privacy Policy: What We Collect and Why

Last updated: October 21, 2026

The questions people ask about their data on Tumile, in the order they usually ask them.

At a glance: we keep what we need to connect a chat, take a payment, keep the room usable and understand which pages are used. We do not sell your personal data. You can ask what we hold and ask us to correct or delete it.

Information We Take In

  • Technical. Device, browser, language, a rough location from the connection, and which pages you open.
  • The chat itself. What is needed to connect a match, plus reports and blocks you make. Camera and microphone stay off until you allow them in the browser.
  • Payments. If you buy coins, the payment provider sees the card or wallet. We see the amount, a reference and a yes or no, not the full card number.
  • Mail you send us. Whatever you write to support, including the address you used.

Why We Need It

  • To put you in a room with another person and keep the call up.
  • To take coin payments and stop obvious fraud.
  • To read reports and apply the terms of service.
  • To see which pages and buttons people actually use.
  • To answer you when you write.
  • To meet a legal duty when we have one.

Who Can See It

We do not sell personal data. Hosting, delivery, payments, analytics and email vendors process it only to do those jobs. We may hand data over when the law requires it, or when we believe someone is at risk. During a match, the other person sees and hears what you choose to send.

Cookies and Local Storage

Cookies and local storage remember small things, such as how many free matches you have used today, and help us measure traffic. You can block or clear them in the browser. The site still opens; the free-match count and a few preferences may reset.

How Long It Stays

We keep information only as long as the reasons above need it, or as long as the law says we must. Purchase records stay for accounting. Reports may stay longer so we can see a pattern. When we no longer need a record, we delete it or strip it of names.

Your Choices

Depending on where you live, you may ask to see what we hold, correct it, delete it, limit it, object, or move it. Write through Tumile support and say which of those you want. We may need to confirm who you are first. If you dislike the answer, you can also go to the data protection authority where you live.

This Site Is for Adults

Tumile is meant for people aged eighteen and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone younger. If you think a minor has used the site, tell us.

Updates and How to Ask

We update this policy when how we handle data changes. The date at the top is the latest revision. Privacy questions can go to support[at]tumile.cc, with [at] swapped for @.
